Tyler Chung

Managing Partner

Mr. Chung is the Managing Partner at Bruinstone Capital, LLC, where he leads the firm’s real estate and M&A advisory platform. He oversees underwriting, capital markets strategy, and the execution of transactions across industrial and special – situation assets nationwide. His work includes originating and structuring opportunities and managing the financial, legal, and operational components of due diligence.

Before founding Bruinstone Capital, he worked on the Investments team at Rexford Industrial Realty (NYSE: REXR), where he managed full-cycle due diligence for more than $400 million in industrial acquisitions throughout Southern California.

His earlier experience includes sell-side advisory across multiple asset classes, supporting more than $280 million in transaction volume. He served in the United States Army Reserve and began his finance career at LPL Financial.

Neeraj Kumar

Associate

Mr. Kumar is an Associate at Bruinstone Capital, LLC, where he supports the firm’s real estate and M&A advisory platform. He contributes to underwriting, financial analysis, and market research across industrial assets, while assisting in transaction execution and client engagement efforts nationwide.

Prior to joining Bruinstone Capital, Mr. Kumar held positions at CBI, James Capital Advisors, and Helios Investment Services, where he gained extensive experience in investment sales, underwriting, and market analytics across multiple asset classes. His analytical skill set and client-driven approach align with Bruinstone’s commitment to delivering disciplined, value-focused results for investors and business owners. He began his career at Tesla before moving into sell-side advisory.
